Mindie graduated from East Carolina University in 2011 then married her husband, Tripp, in 2012. She’s been in the dental field since 2012. They have the sweetest blue pit named Skie that gets all their love. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to live music, making floral arrangements, spending time with loved ones, and attending all the Carolina Panther and ECU games.
Stacie grew up in Ohio and went into the US Air Force at the age of 18. She met her husband, Neil, while in the service and has two adult children, a son-in-law and a grandbaby. Her husband is a northeastern NC native and they moved here to Greenville almost 10 years ago. She has worked in the medical field for many years before transitioning to the dental field after moving to Greenville. Stacie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world as often as possible.
Tristin graduated from Wayne Community College in 2017 and has been with Eastern Pines Dental since opening in 2018. She married her husband, Blake, that same year. They live in Washington, where she was raised, with their two dogs. Tristin enjoys going out on the river, traveling to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family.
Megan is originally from Elizabeth City, NC but has always called Greenville her home since 2016 when she moved here to play softball for Pitt Community College. She then continued her education at Wayne Community College where she graduated as a dental hygienist in May 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and taking trips to the beach with her dog, Lyla.
Karen began her career as a dental hygienist after graduating from Youngstown State University in 2004. She strives to make every patient feel confident with their smile and is a great educator. Karen is Anesthesia Certified, Laser Certified, and Nitrous Sedation Certified. When Karen joined our team, she was excited to be apart of our growing team of caring providers. When not at the office, she loves making memories with her family, going to church, and exploring local markets.
Katelyn has always had a passion for the dental profession. She started as a Dental Assistant II in 2019 at Eastern Pines Dental then furthered her career at Halifax Community College where she became a Dental Hygienist in 2023. Katelyn was born and raised in Chocowinity, NC where she still resides. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, being on the river, and playing with her dog, Tucker.
Mallory was born and raised in Vanceboro, NC. She was a dental assistant for two years before returning to school for dental hygiene. She graduated from Wayne Community College in May of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, and their two dogs, Brody and Grace.
Mattie was born and raised in Washington, NC. She graduated from Coastal Carolina Community College in 2024, and she is excited to provide excellent dental care to the patients of Eastern Pines Dental. Mattie enjoys spending time with her fiancé Jason, and her dog Brooks. She also enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time by the water.
Daisy graduated as class president from Martin Community College in 2019. She’s born and raised here in Greenville, so she probably already knows you. She makes the office more enjoyable with her ability to crack a good joke at any time. Angela grew up in a military family and has lived in many places, but Greenville, NC is her home. She received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in 2022 and plans on attending ECU’s School of Dental Medicine in the near future. Angela’s hobbies include cooking, “glamping”, and spending time with her family and friends.
Leanne was born and raised in Leggett, North Carolina. She has been a dental assistant for four years and loves her role. Before becoming an assistant, Leanne was a dental lab technician for 4 years. When she’s not at work, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband and sweet little boy, creating cherished memories. She takes great pride in her job and strives to make her patients feel at home.
Crystal graduated in 2011 from Martin Community College, earning the highest academic award. She is a highly trained dental assistant who strives to provide exceptional care to her patients. Crystal is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and at ease, helping them build confidence and trust during their visits.
After meeting Crystal, you’ll feel like a part of the Eastern Pines Family. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time near the water whenever the weather is warm.
Betsy started at Eastern Pines Dental in 2018 then moved to Arizona with her husband in 2021. She's been in dentistry for 16 years and is happy to be back home! She has two beautiful children and a great husband. She likes to go hiking, fishing and hunting but most importantly, she loves being with her family!
Ashley, originally from Clayton, NC, moved to Greenville to attend the dental assisting program at Pitt Community College, where she graduated in 2025. She found her "dental home" at EPD during her clinical rotation and has been a vital part of the office ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and her dog, Toby. Ashley is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
Carol is from Vanceboro, NC. She graduated from Craven Community College in 1993. She and her husband Rick have two sons, Dillon and Richard. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her kids, taking road trips, and boating.
I’m Jessica I’ve been in the dental field for over 14 years, with 11 of those years spent as an Insurance Coordinator. I enjoy helping patients understand their insurance and making the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
I live in Winterville with my husband and our two daughters. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family — especially going to the movies, the beach, fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors. At home, we have a cocker spaniel named Harley and a cat named Sunny who keep us entertained.
Marissa has over 14 years of experience in the dental field and has been with the practice for over six years. She works closely with patients and providers to help navigate insurance benefits while assisting with claims and appeals. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys being outdoors, tending her flower garden and spending time at the beach.

Will grew up in Vermont and moved to North Carolina in the fall of 2021. Shortly after his move, he met his soon-to-be wife, Molly. They recently settled in Greenville after she finished graduate school and are enjoying life in their new home. Will has been working in the dental field since 2018. In his free time, he loves traveling to the mountains in Boone or visiting family in Vermont, hanging out with his two dogs, Baxter and Wilson, and playing sports like golf, baseball, and soccer.
Lindsay grew up in Grifton, NC. After marrying her husband Jonathan, they now reside in Hookerton, NC. She has been a Dental Assistant since 2013. Lindsay has an 185 pound mastiff named Glock and a pleasantly plump pit named Jalee. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends. She also enjoys hunting or working in her garden.
Alyssa is originally from Richlands, NC. She graduated from Dental Assisting school at Coastal Carolina Community College where she obtained her CDA in 2021. Alyssa then started her career as a dental assistant. Alyssa moved to Kinston, NC and married her husband Chandler. Not only is Alyssa passionate about the Dental field but also her walk with Christ and relationship with her family. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies; Joey, Eevee, and Ross.
Amy was born and raised in Kinston, NC and has spent the past eight years working in the medical field. Although her career began in healthcare, she has had a passion for dentistry since high school and is excited to now be a part of a field she has always admired. She currently lives in Greenville with her fiance and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading a good book, and relaxing by the pool or at the beach whenever she gets the chance.
Courtney was born in Craven County and raised in Kinston, NC. She is a proud mother to a daughter who brings joy and inspiration to her life. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys relaxing by the pool during the summer and binge watching her favorite shows in the winter. She has a passion for reading and tending to her plants.
Yazmin is originally from Washington, NC, and now lives in Ayden with her husband and their two dogs, Miley and Pretzel. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, and reading. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish and serves as a notary public.
Meredith was raised in Chocowinity. She married her husband Mike in 2016 and now resides in Swansboro, NC. She has 2 grown children, Tyler and Briley as well as her Son-in-law Austin. Since becoming an empty nester, Meredith enjoys hanging out at the beach, spending time with family, friends, and her 3 dogs. She loves attending church and volunteering with the Backpack Friends ministry.
